I'm delighted to be supporting a long-standing client in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a lead role on a major 5-year capital works framework, providing full end-to-end commercial management across a portfolio of high-value projects in the region.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based from the client's modern Belfast offices and play a key role in shaping commercial strategy, ensuring robust cost control, and acting as a trusted partner to both internal teams and external stakeholders across a wide range of capital projects.
As Senior QS, you will be responsible for: Full commercial oversight across multiple capital projects within a long-term framework. Managing cost plans, forecasting, budgets, valuations, and change control. Leading commercial reporting and ensuring strong financial governance.
