Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Old Oak Common Station, London
Salary: £69,000 + Car/Car Allowance
Job Type: Full Time - Hybrid
The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on multimillion-pound schemes (£1m-£10m) as part of one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes.
This is an exciting chance to work on varied, high-profile projects - from landmark refurbishments to complex infrastructure upgrades - with the freedom to influence outcomes from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading the commercial function on major NEC contracts
Pricing project work and maintaining strict cost control
Producing accurate forecasts of project cost to completion and final value
Managing contractor relationships and engaging directly with clients & stakeholders
Monitoring budgets, valuations, and cash flow to ensure timely applications
Advising on procurement strategies and alternative contract arrangements
Overseeing commercial risk, opportunities, and dispute resolution
What We're Looking For
Proven track record with Tier 1 main contractors on large-scale projects
NEC contract experience - essential
Valid CSCS card
BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
Professional membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB
Eligible to work and live permanently in the UK
