A commercially minded and modern construction consultancy, located near Tottenham Court Road, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead prestigious London-based schemes and play a strategic role in the future of the business.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take their career to the next level - with real autonomy, strategic influence, and a fast-track route to Associate.

You'll lead a diverse range of high-profile schemes across high-end residential, luxury hotels, prime office space, workplace fit-outs, life sciences, laboratories, industrial, and civic developments - the variety on offer is exceptional. Projects range from new builds to complex conversions, often with private clients who expect the highest standards.

From day one, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be entrusted with managing full project lifecycles, mentoring & managing junior colleagues, and playing a key role in client relationships and business development.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited

Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment is a MUST

Strong Pre & post contract experience

Ideally MRICS or nearing completion

A successful track record running multiple projects from inception to completionWhat's on offer?
