We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Transportation team based in Southwark. In this role, you'll work on a variety of essential highway maintenance projects, helping to manage contracts and finances while keeping things running smoothly. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be part of our Commercial team, supporting the delivery of highway maintenance work. This includes everything from incident response and winter services to planned and preventative maintenance, and managing a client budget of around £20 million per year. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Managing subcontractor tasks – procurement, payments, change control, task orders, and work-in-progressPricing work and agreeing costs with the client, attending meetings as neededPreparing monthly reports including CVRs, revenue claims, and debt/WiP managementContributing to commercial forecasting based on the client's annual budgetsProviding support and guidance to junior members of the team What are we looking for?
