• Manage and administer NEC3 contracts in line with project requirements and governance standards. • Promptly oversee contract variations, ensuring all approvals and compliance are secured. • Maintain accurate cost control, monitoring, and forecasting throughout project delivery. • Precisely value construction work as it progresses on site. • Support the Project Manager with commercial and cost-related matters. • Continuously improve the accuracy and reliability of cost forecasts and budgets. • Collaborate effectively with clients and contractors to meet project objectives, KPIs, and value outcomes. • Deliver value for money in quotations, working closely with contractors to promote best practise and value engineering.

Candidate Specification Essential: • At least Senior Quantity Surveyor level (Chartered status preferred). • Minimum of five years' post-qualification experience. • Proven client-facing experience. • Experience within the nuclear or defence sectors is advantageous. • Demonstrable expertise with NEC3/4 Actual Defined Cost contracts and CEMAR. • Willingness to travel to client sites as required. • Ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC) is essential. Base location: Altrincham or Glasgow (hybrid working).
