An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial leadership on a flagship £60m civil engineering project in Hampshire for a Tier 1 contractor. Created following the award of a major new contract, this position offers a senior commercial professional the chance to take ownership of a high-profile scheme and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a complex infrastructure project. The successful candidate will join a market-leading organisation recognised for its strong governance, investment in people, and long-term career pathways. The Role Reporting into senior commercial and operational leadership, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for setting and delivering the commercial strategy for the project while leading a multi-disciplinary commercial team. The role carries significant autonomy and influence across project decision-making.
