As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering projects from early cost advice through to final account, while also supporting and mentoring more junior team members.
Responsibilities will include: Leading cost planning, procurement and commercial strategy Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor Contract administration and commercial oversight Supporting project delivery teams and contributing to the wider consultancy You'll be given the space to lead your projects properly, rather than firefighting or carrying unrealistic workloads.
About you Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment Confident managing projects and clients independently Comfortable working across multiple sectors Professional, personable and commercially astute Chartered status (MRICS) is preferred, but strong experience and the right mindset are just as important.
