My client is expanding their East region operations and seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team as they take on increasingly ambitious projects. This Senior Quantity Surveyor position provides the perfect platform for an experienced commercial professional to showcase their expertise whilst developing new skills across diverse project types. You'll have the opportunity to take complete management of multiple high-value subcontract packages, from procurement through to final accounting, whilst undertaking main contract valuations and pricing client variations. The role encompasses providing accurate financial reporting, supervising direct reports, and identifying opportunities to maximise values - giving you real influence over project outcomes.
