Senior Quantity Surveyor Social Housing - Salary £60,000 £70,000 DOE + £4,500 Car Allowance & Benefits - Type of role - Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid Working office (North Manchester / Site and home) The Client Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking building contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the social housing sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a leading commercial role on complex schemes, including new build high-rise social housing and fire remediation works. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional organisation delivering critical projects that improve safety and living standards within social housing. The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the full commercial management of one or multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account. Schemes will typically include new build social housing apartment developments, as well as fire remediation works such as sprinkler systems, dry risers, and external wall insulation (EWI).You will work closely with operational teams, clients, consultants, and the supply chain to ensure commercial performance, cost control, and contractual compliance are achieved.
