We're currently partnering with a leading infrastructure and construction organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for an exciting opportunity based in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities

Manage contract administration, risk management, and commercial negotiations Ensure commercial compliance across contracts to protect the organisation's position Liaise with system subcontractors and advise on contractual matters Support the Commercial Manager with subcontract status reporting Assist with pricing variations and cost control across project scopes Prepare monthly financial reports and anticipated Final Accounts Support procurement, tendering, contract administration, and subcontract lifecycle management Contribute to monthly project cost and progress reports

What We're Looking For

BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) Experience with NEC contracts (NEC3 or NEC4 - Option C) Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent organisation, time management, and problem-solving ability Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
