Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Tipton - Hybrid Working

Salary: From £50,000, Company car/ allowance and benefits

Are you ready to take the lead on major Civil Engineering projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team delivering clean water and wastewater infrastructure across the UK.

As part of our growing civil engineering division, you'll work on high-profile projects ranging from £250k to over £5m for key clients like South Staffs Water, Cambridge Water, Affinity Water, and the Environment Agency. This is your chance to make a tangible impact while progressing your career within a thriving and supportive organisation.

What’s The Role

• Providing commercial support to Contracts Managers and operational teams.
• Preparing accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Managing records of costs, values, productivity, and profitability.
• Overseeing subcontractor orders and commercial performance.
• Supporting and mentoring a team of 3–4 QS professionals.
• Driving improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and commercial controls.
  
  

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years' UK experience in the Civils sector.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and analytical skills.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
