A Leading Cost Consultancy is looking for various Senior Quantity Surveyors & Quantity Surveyors to join their UK commercial team. The main objective of the role is to deliver commercial and contract management services for an assigned regulated client. You will: Deliver contract management throughout the lifecycle of clients construction or infrastructure projects. Advise client Project Managers on NEC contractual matters. Lead the post contract administration of NEC contracts, early warnings, compensation events and defects for live projects. Lead the pre contract creation of NEC contracts, tendering documentation and procurement strategies for new projects. Monitor and report on the commercial position for your projects. Support Associate Directors to ensure that your client receives a first class service. Ensure projects are compliant with contractual terms and achieves the clients objectives.
