Senior Receptionist - Private Healthcare GP Services, at The Wilmslow Hospital (GP Services)


We are now seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to join our Front Desk team, working alongside two other Receptionists in a highly professional, patient-focused setting. Wilmslow Hospital is an exclusive private patient facility within HCA Healthcare UK, delivering outstanding care in a calm, discreet, and welcoming environment. Our GP Front Desk team plays a critical role in shaping the patient experience, acting as the first point of contact for our private patients and ensuring a seamless journey throughout their visit. Your role is stand alone as you will be responsible for the GP services. There will be a high level of autonomy in this position, requiring senior reception experience. As well as patient focused, you will attend to the needs of the Private GPs onsite.
