Consultant/ Senior Recruitment Consultant - Wakefield, £30,000 - £34,000 p/year plus commission. We will consider candidates form any recruitment sector as long as you have temp recruitment experience, this is due to the role being very reactive and can be fast paced at times. You will also need to understand the compliance around placing temporary workers. We are looking for an experienced Consultant to join our busy branch in Wakefield. The team are well established and mainly recruit into Driving and Industrial clients with both temp and perm roles. You will be tasked with supporting the existing clients and also arranging new meetings to grow the client base. Duties: Arranging new meetings with prospect clients Conducting service reviews with existing clients Assisting with volume recruitment campaigns Creating attractive job adverts for clients Interviewing candidates in the office and also on site with clients Ensuring your candidates are fully compliant Any other duties as required by the clients Skills and experience required: Confident with speaking to new and existing clients At least 12 months experience...
