Business Development & Client Management

• Identify, approach, and win new clients, building lasting relationships.
• Understand clients hiring needs and offer expert advice to help them secure the right talent.

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Source candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.

Screening & Interviewing

• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide recommendations to clients and hiring managers.

Collaboration & Consultation

• Work closely with clients to develop compelling job specifications and recruitment strategies.

• Experience: 12 years recruitment experience, ideally in a start-up or fast-growing business. Experience in business development or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both clients and candidates.
• Proactive & Entrepreneurial: A self-starter who can spot opportunities, bring in new business, and think creatively to attract top talent.
• Organised: Able to juggle multiple roles, clients, and processes efficiently.
• Passion for Start-Ups: Energised by a fast-paced environment and motivated to help grow the business.
