This opportunity is based at our newly refurbished office in Mandale Business Park, just outside Durham City Centre. You won’t be just another number — you’ll be a key part of a small, ambitious team where your contribution genuinely matters.
The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of a high‑performing desk, managing the full 360° recruitment cycle for white‑collar permanent roles within the construction industry. You will work with an established client base while actively developing new relationships and contributing to strategic business initiatives.
