We are now hiring Senior Recruitment Consultants—experienced senior recruiters who are ready to own their desk, expand their personal brand, and scale their business within a trusted, high-performance platform.

What You’ll Get

• Industry-Leading Commission Structure - 50%-70% on all billings

• Expand Your Services: Earn additional income through coaching, leadership programmes, embedded solutions, and more.
• An experienced 360 external recruiter or billing manager, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the external staffing industry looking for freedom and full control over your desk
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with a proven track record of high performance
• A passion for winning net new business and growing existing accounts.
• Ready to scale your recruitment business without the overheads.
• Interested in long-term value creation—not just short-term fees.
