They are now looking to hire mid to senior-level consultants with a strong track record in the insurance market who are ready to step into an environment where they can truly accelerate their career.

This role is built for recruiters who understand the insurance space inside out - whether that’s General Insurance, Broking, Underwriting, or the wider market.

• Managing and growing your own insurance-focused desk
• Building long-term client partnerships across the London market
• Meeting clients and candidates face-to-face regularly
• Delivering high-quality, retained and contingent recruitment solutions
• Leveraging an established brand alongside your own network
• Collaborating with high-performing consultants and leadership
