Run a 360 recruitment desk focused on engineering and technical roles within Food FMCG Develop and expand existing client relationships Win new business in a high-demand, candidate short market Deliver on mid-senior level roles across high demand, delivery critical environments Build a strong, specialist network within your niche
About You
4+ years recruitment experience within UK Food FMCG Strong track record placing engineering or technical roles Commercially driven with confidence in business development Looking for more ownership, autonomy, and earning potential.
