About the Role We're looking for a
Recruitment Consultant
to join
Regional Recruitment Services
and play a key role in
rebuilding our Construction division , a previously successful area of the business that has fallen by the wayside in recent years. This role is ideal for a
self-starter
who thrives on autonomy, takes initiative, and enjoys owning projects from start to finish. This isn't just about filling vacancies, it's a genuine opportunity to

a division with real history and serious potential. We'll provide the tools, training, and ongoing support you need, but you'll have the freedom to
run with ideas, develop strategies, and build the desk your way , while working closely with experienced consultants and management.
