Senior Regulatory Lawyer – 5+ PQE – 18 month FTC LONDON/HYBRID – £63,000 - £65,000 DOE – JOB REF: 2223 Pay range is provided by eNL Legal Recruitment. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more. Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of officers, supervising complex and high‑risk cases, and managing the more challenging legal matters. Support team development and contribute to organisational projects and goals. Operate within a hybrid working arrangement, with at least two days a week in the London office, and flexibility for team and company events.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitors, barristers, FCILEx, or foreign qualified lawyers with experience supervising staff and managing a caseload within a casework environment. Demonstrated strong legal knowledge, sound judgement, and effective risk assessment, with proven ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and handle investigations or complaints using electronic case systems and performance management tools.
