Senior Relationship Manager | Bristol | Up to £55,000

We're looking for a high-calibre Senior Relationship Manager with an awesome boutique lender to support high-growth and start-up businesses in the South West.

This is a unique player-coach role sitting in the pocket of day-to-day lending activities, as well as leading a team of calibre Relationship Managers across the region.

If you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business/corporate lending, debt finance or credit analysis, we'd love to hear from you.

Key deliverables

• Build out your own portfolio of regional businesses and advise on their funding needs
• Act as point person to SLT on pipeline monitoring
• Analyse clients' business plans and loan appraisals, and provide strategic recommendations to clients
• Cultivate strong relationships with intermediaries in the region and network accordingly
• Work closely with the Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee on presenting high-quality opportunities

Qualifications

• Min 10 years' of SME/corporate lending experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
• A collaborative team player with ability to manage their own calendar
• Experience of team leadership or direct line management
