We're looking for a Senior Research & Insight Manager within our Marketing team to lead and elevate our Research & Insight function, ensuring guest perspectives shape our brand, product and business strategy. This is a key role driving change and innovation in how we understand and respond to guest needs. Hybrid role with 2 days office-based, home-working and occasional travel including some overnight stays. Free parking on site. What You’ll Be Doing: This role provides high quality research support across Center Parcs UK & Ireland, widening the reach and impact of insights and ensuring they are easy to understand and apply. You’ll help shape key programmes, develop new research capabilities, work collaboratively with partners and suppliers, and support colleagues so insight informs decisions across marketing, product, guest experience and beyond. Key responsibilities include: Expanding the impact of insights across new stakeholder groups and integrating findings with other external data sources for a deeper view of guest needsAnalysing, interpreting and reporting findings to senior managers to inform strategic and tactical decisionsImproving the visual clarity and accessibility of research outputs with analytics supportExtending research expertise into new areas, including in the moment feedback and employee opinion studiesLeading the rollout and ongoing development of premium guest segmentation to ensure insights are actionable across all areas of the businessManaging procurement and implementation of a Voice of the Guest programme to support Guest Experience, Product Development and other teamsMaintaining a research library and an ongoing brand research plan WhatWe’reLooking For: You’ll be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
