As
Senior Support Worker , you will support young people in their daily routines while helping lead and mentor a team of support workers. Key responsibilities include: Supporting young people with
daily routines and activities
Helping with
school preparation, meal times, and structured activities
Supervising and mentoring Support Workers
Ensuring young people receive the
highest standard of care and support
Supporting the
management team with updates and reports
Promoting an
individualised approach to care
Monitoring care plans and assisting with
record keeping
Creating a
warm, homely environment
Providing
emotional support and positive role modelling
Planning and participating in
activities, trips and creative sessions
Completing accurate
electronic care records
Staff must be comfortable using
digital care recording systems . Experience with systems such as
ClearCare
is beneficial, though full training will be provided. The role may include
up to 8 sleep-in shifts per month . About the Home
The home provides specialist residential care for children with

We are looking for individuals who are
passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference . Essential requirements: Minimum
2 years experience in childrens residential care
Level 3 qualification in Childrens Residential Care
Experience
supporting or mentoring team members
Strong
communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work
flexibly across shifts
Full UK manual driving licence
