Hakkasan Mayfair, part of Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed Hakkasan and Yauatcha restaurants, is seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Be highly visible on the floor, motivating the team and maintaining premium service standards at all times.
Anticipate guest needs, handle feedback professionally, and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
Manage restaurant floor plans, team sections, and service readiness for each shift.
Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, handovers, and operational checks.
Supervise, coach, and develop FOH team members and junior managers to ensure consistent performance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and delivery of structured training programmes.
Monitor stock levels, breakages, and operational costs, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
Analyse sales performance and contribute operational insight to improve revenue and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, COSHH, licensing regulations, and company SOPs.
Support local marketing initiatives, promotions, and guest loyalty programmes.
Maintain strong communication with reception, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth service flow.
What Were Looking For Minimum 4 years restaurant management experience, ideally within luxury or fine dining.
Proven leadership experience managing, training, and motivating FOH teams.
Strong operational knowledge including inventory management, budgeting, and compliance.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with attention to detail.
Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities.
Confident using POS, scheduling, and stock management systems.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
