Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our above offices.

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Senior RevOps Programme Manager to lead cross functional initiatives that fuel revenue growth and operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll kick off by growing our non-franchise customer base, designing new lead sources, building business cases, and delivering results at pace. As the business scales, so will your impact, with opportunities to shape and lead high priority programmes that make a real difference.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead Complex Programmes: Handle end-to-end RevOps initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines across internal and external stakeholders. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to streamline processes and data. Optimise Revenue Workflows: Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to boost performance and efficiency. Deliver Insightful Reporting: Collaborate with analysts to define critical metrics, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights. Improve Tech Stack: Partner with Platform teams to Implement and optimise tools that support programme objectives and team efficiency. Lead Organisational Change: Champion adoption of new systems and processes through effective communication and training.

What you’ll need:
Experienced Programme Leader: It is essential that you have proven hands-on experience in sales operations and programme management within commercial settings. Industry Background: Payments experience is essential with an understanding of gateway/merchant acquiring; Fintech, Tech, or SaaS exposure is a plus. Data-Savvy: Skilled in analysing unstructured datasets and translating insights into clarity and action. Advanced Excel skills are required. CRM & Customer Lifecycle Knowledge: Familiar with CRM systems and customer journey stages from lead to retention. Meticulous & Quality-Driven: Committed to excellence with a strong attention detail and a proactive approach to defect prevention. Insightful Problem Solver: Curious, collaborative, and proactive—able to bridge strategy with technical execution and lead with empathy.
