A leading London law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to join their team, reporting directly to the Head of Risk & Compliance . The Risk & Compliance function plays a pivotal role across the business, working closely with earners across all practice areas to ensure the firm maintains the highest professional and regulatory standards.

Partner with earners across the firm to embed a strong culture of compliance

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the firm's risk management strategy, policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations, the Legal Services Act 2007 and other regulatory frameworks

Support the Head of Risk & Compliance with strategic initiatives and departmental oversight
