Senior Sales Account Manager – Managed Equipment ServicesTerritory: Areas of South Central & South West England (See below) - Candidates must live on territory.Location: Home-based (with field based travel)An established provider of clinical managed services to the NHS is seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of long-term NHS contracts while developing new managed service opportunities across a defined territory.This role is suited to a commercially strong account manager who is comfortable operating in complex NHS environments, managing multiple stakeholders and high-value service contracts.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing existing NHS managed service contracts and proactively developing new business opportunities within both existing and new NHS Trust accounts.Key responsibilities include:Managing and growing a portfolio of NHS managed service contractsDeveloping new managed service opportunities within assigned accountsBuilding senior relationships across clinical, operational and procurement teamsLeading quarterly business reviews and contract performance meetingsManaging contract renewals, extensions and variationsEnsuring subcontractors deliver against agreed KPIs and service levelsOverseeing implementation of new contracts and equipment installationsMaintaining accurate CRM reporting, forecasting and account plansIdentifying renewal opportunities 12+ months ahead of contract expiryClinical AreasYou will sell end-to-end managed service solutions across multiple NHS clinical services, including:Operating Theatres & Surgical ServicesRenal & DialysisPathology & Laboratory ServicesThese services are delivered under long-term managed service contracts, supporting clinical uptime, compliance, and operational efficiency.TerritoryThe role covers the following regions:South West EnglandWiltshireSomersetOxfordshireBuckinghamshireHampshireDorsetSussexSurreyThe role is home-based, with approximately 60% travel to NHS Trust sites.About YouCandidates must (Please check you meet the criteria below)4 years+ Medtech Sales Experience in a field based sales roleProven Track record in sales growthStability in their current roleEnjoy winning new business & whilst managing current accounts.High attention to detail and ability to manage complex contractsWhy Apply?Strategic, long-term NHS relationshipsHigh-value managed service solutions across critical clinical areasAutonomy to shape accounts and drive contract growthStable, established service provider with a strong NHS footprint
