Senior Sales Manager (lettings and Property Management) - Southwark SE1A well-established, innovative and highly successful interdependent lettings and management (private sector housing) agency based in Central London SE1 Live, are currently recruiting for a proactive, experienced, professional department manager to grow revenue. The successful candidate will be personable, articulate, customer service focused and able to motivate and manage the existing team of Lettings Consultants.ResponsibilitiesLiaising with landlords and tenantsData collection and maintenance of company systemsAccompanied viewingsUndertaking property valuationsLiaising with heads of departments to ensure all required systems and elements are in place before a tenancy commences (e.g., gas certificates, inventory and lease)Ensure compliance at all levels is adhered to across the branch at all timesProvision of accurate monitoring and reporting mechanismsAssist in the marketing strategy for the companyMaintain and advance the overall standard of service of the companyCommunicate effectively with all staff and motivate individually and as a team to provide the maximum performance levels possibleMaintain and advance the standard of service for the general publicProactively seek rental opportunities providing income for the companyOversee the office management and quality of service and identify and implement further improvementsWork to performance and targets in respect of potential future resultsAddress and resolve issues with landlords and/or tenantsRequirementsAt least 4 years experience as either a Lettings ManagerMust be target driven to increase company revenueMust understand all tenancy-related legislationMust be able to maintain professionalism at all timesMust be able to motivate a team of negotiatorsMust be able to conduct team meetings and problem-solveARLA qualification would be an advantage but is not essentialSalarySalary range will be: £40-45k basic - Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm.
