Senior Sales Negotiator - Barnet

Salary - £25,000 + commission £50,000 - £55,000 OTE

Driver & Own car required - Car Allowance

Key responsibilities:

* Provide a friendly and professional service.

* Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings.

* Achieve all daily and weekly targets.

* Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants.

* Advise, update and maintain excellent relationships with landlords on all letting’s requirements.

Proven Specification:

* Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.

* Must live locally or within a reasonable commute of the office.

* Well presented with excellent customer service skills

* Fluent in written and spoken English.
