Managing BAU support for core insurance applications Overseeing third‑party vendors and service delivery Acting as the primary interface between IT, product, and the business Supporting major transformation initiatives, including legacy system migration and platform upgrades Ensuring application stability, performance, and continuous improvement
Experience required
Background supporting London Market / Specialty Insurance systems Experience with enterprise insurance platforms - Guidewire / Eclipse Strong knowledge of ITIL Technical understanding of SQL and cloud‑based applications Comfortable coordinating offshore and nearshore support teams
