About the Role We're looking for a Senior Shift Supervisor to take the lead during shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations while serving our customers with a smile. This role blends frontline service with behind-the-scenes coordination, giving you the chance to shape the atmosphere and quality of our offerings every day. Your Key Responsibilities Supervise shifts and guide the team through daily service with confidence and care Deliver excellent customer service, managing front-of-house duties with friendliness and efficiency Handle cash transactions accurately and perform end-of-day cashing up Train new colleagues to uphold our standards and foster a positive work environment Support gelato production with hands-on help and training, so you get involved in our craft Assist with routine operational tasks to keep things running like clockwork What Were Looking For Experience in hospitality or food service, with a solid grasp of customer care and food safety Comfortable using tills and managing stock effectively A natural ability to lead shifts and solve challenges on the fly Someone who values teamwork and enjoys coaching others A proactive attitude and willingness to learn the craft of gelato production (training provided) What Youll Gain Joining us means being part of an enthusiastic team that values your input and growth.
