to recruit a high-caliber Senior Site Manager. This is a pivotal "Number 1" role on-site, perfect for a decisive leader who thrives on autonomy and operational excellence. Our client is looking for an experienced professional capable of making swift, accurate decisions to ensure the project is executed to the highest standard, within budget, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Site Manager, you will take full ownership of the project from the ground up: Strategic Leadership:

Act as the primary authority on-site, making the final call on operational challenges to maintain momentum.

Sub-Contractor Management:

Directly manage and coordinate all sub-contractors, ensuring performance meets Tier 1 quality and safety standards.

Build Delivery:

Oversee the entire build process, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and NHBC standards.

Health & Safety:

Maintain a culture of safety excellence, ensuring all site activity adheres to rigorous HSE regulations.

Project Execution:

Manage timelines and resources to deliver units that meet the award-winning standards the developer is known for.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a "site-first" manager with a proven track record in high-volume or premium residential builds: Experience:

Significant experience as a Number 1 Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within the housing sector.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of residential build stages and managing diverse sub-contractor teams.

Certifications:

Must hold a valid

SMSTS , CSCS (Black Card preferred), and First Aid.

Decision Making:

A proactive approach with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems in real-time.
