to support its expanding Eastern Region operations. As Senior Site Manager, you will take operational responsibility for major refurbishment and structural reconfiguration schemes across the Eastern and Central corridor, covering locations such as

Oxford, Birmingham and Cambridge . You will oversee day-to-day site delivery, manage subcontractors, ensure programme performance, uphold safety and quality standards, and act as a key operational influence within the project team. The role sits within a region currently delivering around £30m of work annually, with a clear plan to grow to £50m. Key Responsibilities

Lead site operations on complex refurbishment and cut-and-carve projects Manage site teams, subcontractors and logistics Drive programme, quality and safety performance Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain Support pre-construction, buildability reviews and planning Provide operational insight to commercial and project leadership Mentor junior site staff and contribute to team development Ensure compliance with company procedures and project governance Project Profile

You will be involved in technically challenging schemes such as: Full internal strip-out and reconfiguration of existing commercial buildings Structural alterations, including removal and replacement of key load-bearing elements Rebuilding floorplates to create modern workspace layouts Integration of new extensions or additional storeys Refurbishment of retained faades and heritage features Upgrades to building services, cores and circulation routes Typical project values range from

£15m£20m , with a mix of retained structures and new-build components requiring strong technical understanding and hands-on leadership. About You
