We are working with a highly regarded national housebuilder to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager for a brand-new residential development in Trowbridge.This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a new site from the ground up, delivering high-quality homes while maintaining exceptional standards of health & safety, build quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on‑site operations from inception to completion Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards Maintain strict health & safety compliance Drive quality control and NHBC standards Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential housebuilding Strong leadership and organisational skills NHBC/Pride in the Job experience desirable SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
