A leading national residential housebuilder is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full control of a brand-new 120-unit, traditionally built housing development set in a highly desirable West Sussex countryside.

Senior Site Manager - The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you will have full responsibility for the construction, management and successful delivery of the site You will also be responsible for developing, mentoring and motivating your management team, trades and subcontractors, creating a positive, professional and delivery-focused site culture. You'll lead from the front, setting clear expectations around quality, safety and performance, while supporting and coaching those around you to be the best they can be.
Managing the build programme from site start through to completion
Overseeing all site operations, trades and subcontractors
Driving high standards of build quality, health & safety and presentation
Ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and inspections
Monitoring budgets, programmes and build performance
Coordinating with commercial, technical and customer care teams
Preparing plots for inspection, completion and customer handover
Senior Site Manager - What We're Looking For
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
Previous experience working for a PLC or high-volume residential housebuilder
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on new build housing developments
Strong knowledge of traditional build construction
Solid NHBC experience, including managing inspections and quality control
A strong eye for detail, finish and customer-focused quality
A proactive, driven and organised management style
