We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious bespoke housing development in Hampshire comprising 52 individually designed private homes. This is a key role for a hands-on professional with a strong background in high-end residential construction, quality delivery, and site leadership. The Role As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Construction Director, commercial team, consultants, and subcontractors to drive performance and maintain the exceptional standards expected of a bespoke development.
