Overview Senior Site Manager - Industrial Scheme – Bradford. £60,000 - £65,000 + Package. We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a £4m industrial scheme in Bradford, acting as the No.1 on site and reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established regional contractor with a strong pipeline of local work, a supportive culture, and clear opportunities for long-term progression. The Role
Full responsibility for day-to-day site operations as No.1 Managing programme, quality, health & safety and subcontractor coordination Leading site teams and ensuring delivery to programme and budget Liaising with the Contracts Manager and wider project team Ensuring works are delivered in line with client expectations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager on industrial or commercial schemes Strong track record delivering projects as a No.1 on site Excellent organisational and communication skills Up-to-date SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
