The Project

We are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join a major student accommodation development in Camden.

This is a large-scale scheme delivered by a leading residential developer and will involve full structural delivery from piling through to RC frame and external envelope/façade packages.

The successful candidate will report into a Senior Project Manager and take full responsibility for managing the structural and envelope build phases on site.

Role & Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of piling and groundworks packages

*

Manage RC Frame construction through to completion

*

Lead installation of the external envelope and façade packages

*

Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades

*

Ensure works are delivered to programme and budget

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance

*

Chair subcontractor meetings and manage short-term programming

*

Liaise with commercial and technical teams

*

Drive quality control and inspections throughout the build

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale residential projects

*

Strong background in RC frame construction and external envelope packages

*

Experience working with leading developers or Tier 1 main contractors

*

Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and CDM

*

Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), First Aid
