Super-prime residential Site Managers - worth a read...

A lot of construction jobs in London say they’re “high-end residential.”
This one actually is.
Not the “nice kitchen, bit of stone, client chose Farrow & Ball” version of high-end.

The Prime Central London version. The one where:
• You’re refurbishing a house in Chelsea that is roughly 13,500 sq ft. Which is about the size of several normal houses. Stacked together. With a basement underneath them.
• And you’re not just refurbishing it.
• You’re also building the basement (while the neighbours monitor the situation with the quiet intensity normally reserved for airport security).

Anyway.
A £40m+ turnover Super-Prime Residential Contractor (one of the best for sure) - about 15 years old and currently having a very good run of work - has secured several new projects, including:
• £22m refurbishment / fit-out in Holland Park
• £15m fit-out and basement construction in Chelsea
• £20m refurbishment fit-out in Eaton Square

And because of this, they’re looking for a Senior Site Manager.

A proper one.
Not someone who is technically running a site while also running two other sites and attending four progress meetings a week where everyone discusses why the programme is late.

This role is No.1 on a site.

You’ll have a Contracts Manager handling programme and contractual issues, leaving you to focus on the things a good Senior Site Manager actually cares about:
• Running the site properly.
• Keeping standards high.
• Quietly preventing disasters.

They’re quite selective about who they hire.

People with Prime Central London refurbishment experience, solid longevity with employers, and a track record of delivering projects where the client expects everything to be exactly right.

They are looking for the “Crème de la crème.”

Salary is up to around £80k–£90k (negotiable) + travel paid on top + package
