We work hand-in-hand with Machine Learning scientists to come up with novel solutions that deliver highly relevant ads. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will drive the technical direction of our offerings and solutions, working with many different technologies across the sponsored products organization. You will design, code, troubleshoot, and support scalable services, machine-learning pipelines and online serving systems, that will handle millions of requests per day, and maintain response latencies of milliseconds, meeting strict SLA requirements (high operational standards). You will work closely with PEs and applied scientists to optimize the performance of machine-learning models and infrastructure, and implement end-to-end solutions. 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
