What you will do:
Develop and scale end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Postgres, deployed via Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform. Architect and expand a public REST API and real-time WebSocket infrastructure to support a growing marketplace of third-party integrations. Collaborate deeply with product and design teams to translate complex workforce data models into reliable, AI-driven automation workflows for global enterprises.
The ideal candidate:
Extensive industry experience in full-stack SaaS development with deep proficiency in Node.js and a strong appreciation for TypeScript. Proven track record of taking ownership of vague product problems and driving them to high-quality, customer-ready releases in a fast-paced startup. Strong product sense and design craftsmanship, with the ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic business trade-offs and user impact.
