Senior Backend Engineer| Edtech | Remote (±3 hours GMT)

We are partnered with a rapidly growing Edtech looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to support the next stage of its growth. The company focuses on giving students around the world access to high-quality teaching by combining great educators with modern technology.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years experience, ideally with PHP or Java

• Good understanding of software architecture and scalable systems

• Experience working in fast-moving product teams

• Experience with domain-driven design and CI/CD is valued

What the role will involve

• Create reliable and scalable product features

• High standards for code quality, testing, and system design

• Close collaboration with product and design teams

Location: Remote

Contract: Permanent or employer of record

Salary: Up to £75k depending on experience
