Senior Software Engineer – South Yorkshire

Join a fast-growing technology start-up based in South Yorkshire, building a modern, cloud- platform from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity where you’ll help shape both the architecture and the engineering culture from an early stage.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer who enjoys solving complex problems, designing scalable systems, and taking real ownership of what they build. If you want autonomy, influence, and the chance to work on meaningful technology without legacy baggage, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

Designing and building greenfield software solutions using C# and .NET Leading the development of cloud- microservices on Azure and/or AWS Making key decisions around architecture, scalability, and performance Working closely with product and business stakeholders to turn ideas into production-ready software Building clean, testable, and maintainable code with a strong focus on quality Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices Mentoring developers and setting best practices across the engineering team
