Their mission is to simplify scheduling and workforce coordination through intuitive technology, while also investing in cutting-edge AI automation to improve outcomes for workers and businesses alike. With continued growth in the UK market, theyre seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to help design and deliver employee-facing and automation-focused solutions, playing a key role in building modern, scalable software that makes a real difference in peoples working lives.
Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software using technologies like C#, React, and TypeScript.
Partner with AI/ML engineers to integrate intelligent automation and predictive solutions into core products.
Maintain strong coding standards and participate in thorough code reviews to drive continuous quality.
Contribute to architecture discussions and help break down complex systems into resilient, microservice-based components.
Promote modern engineering methodologies such as TDD, pairing, mob programming, and continuous integration.
Engage in recruitment activities, helping to build out the growing UK engineering team.
Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment, working with product, design, data, and engineering teams toward shared goals.
Contribute to the evolution of engineering standards and frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality software delivery.
Deliver valuable software that aligns with customer needs and the companys vision.
Show a growth mindset and encourage it in others through coaching and feedback.
Drive innovation and help evolve the technical approach to complex challenges.
5+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer or similar role.
~ Proficiency in C#, React.js, and TypeScript with a track record of delivering production-ready features.
~ Familiarity with or interest in AI/ML solutions , with openness to learning new technologies.
~ Commitment to modern engineering practices like TDD, BDD, and collaborative programming.
~ Ability to balance delivery speed with code quality and maintainability.
~ Willingness to travel within Europe a few times a year for collaboration with wider teams.
