We’re delighted to be partnering with a PE-backed organisation in Manchester who is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to support the next phase of its digital transformation across web and mobile. This role sits within a modern, product‑led engineering team working across .NET Core, React and TypeScript predominantly, with some Node and React Native in the stack. You will contribute directly to feature delivery, platform modernisation and experimentation as the business evolves toward a headless, modular digital platform. What you’ll be doing
Designing, building, and maintaining high‑quality frontend and backend solutions Working across web and mobile platforms to support feature development and CRO experimentation Applying modern engineering practices including TDD, automated testing, CI/CD, and structured code reviews Collaborating closely with the Tech Lead, Product Manager, designers, data teams, and other engineers Contributing to architecture and solution design as legacy systems are retiredSupporting strategically important projects tied to platform modernisation and AI initiatives Ensuring performance, maintainability, and code quality using clean architecture and SOLID principles Diagnosing and resolving production issues while driving continuous improvement
What they’re looking for
5+ years of hands‑on full stack engineering experience, ideally in B2C or eCommerce environments Strong experience with .NET Core, React, and TypeScript Solid experience working in Microsoft Azure, including PaaS and serverless components Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD, automated deployment, and IaC (we can consider other cloud platform experience though as long as you're open to working with Azure) Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern frontend engineering Good knowledge of SQL databases, with exposure to NoSQL technologies such as Cosmos DB being a bonus A proven track record of delivering high‑quality work in fast‑moving, product‑led environments
Why this role? You will be joining during a period of significant change, helping to bring multiple digital products into a more cohesive, modern experience. The team is building customer‑facing features including digital rewards, loyalty gamification, and personalised offers, with a strong focus on learning through experimentation. The environment suits engineers who value craftsmanship but understand that impact and progress matter just as much as elegance. Collaboration is key, with hybrid working and a strong emphasis on in‑person problem solving, whiteboarding, and shared ownership. They're ready to interview now and there's a slick two‑stage interview process so if you're interested, get in touch to find out more! #J-18808-Ljbffr
