Senior Sous Chef | Fine Dining French Kitchen | London |£50,000-£55,000 | 48 Hours We're looking for a Senior Sous Chef ready to take a leading role in a refined fine dining French kitchen . This is a produce-led, technically focused environment where precision, consistency, and strong leadership are essential. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help drive the kitchen forwardoverseeing service, supporting the brigade, and ensuring every plate meets the exacting standards expected of a serious French restaurant. This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility and wants to help shape a high-performing team. You'll be a key figure in the day-to-day running of the kitchen: mentoring junior chefs, maintaining standards across sections, and stepping in to lead service when required. The environment is professional, structured, and built around respect for craft and team development.
