Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Sous Chef Mirror Room to join our leadership team at Rosewood London. The Senior Sous Chef Mirror Room reports directly to the Executive Sous Chef and is responsible for overseeing all culinary areas of the Mirror Room.

Key expectations of this role Acting as a coach and mentor to a team of up to 10 associates to ensure high engagement levels, people development and associate retention to strengthen the company culture. Managing food and payroll costs without impact on brand, or quality standards. Consistently maintains established standards across the department through leading by example and quality control. Showing a sound understanding of the London upscale hotel dining environment. Proactively attracting and selecting talent for the department in line with company procedures and culture.

Profile The ability to demonstrate leading and developing people effectively. Proven culinary skills in an upscale and refined dining environment. The ability to build strong relationships with all the floor team in the Mirror Room. A good understanding of leading and developing people effectively.
