Flexible – typically one open, two mids, two closes The Senior Sous Chef Role: Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations Help drive food sales growth through consistency and quality Lead the team during service and manage sections Assist with ordering, stock control, and back-of-house administration The Ideal Candidate: Background in
casual dining, high-volume restaurants Experience with brands High-volume service experience with strong understanding of restaurant operations P&L awareness and commercial mindset Strong team leadership skills Local to Gatwick / Crawley or willing to commute Why Apply? Salary:
