The role as a Senior sous chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen with the head chef. you will ensure everything runs smoothly, that the kitchen is prep and cook in service. They sell meat and fish dishes but due to the area they do use fresh local fish as well. This sous chef role will include all the standard Senior sous chef duties

Experience We are looking for a Senior sous chef from a fresh food background with knowledge of fish as well as other ingredients.
